Do you DJ weddings on the North Carolina coast?
Yes. We have played Wrightsville Manor in Wilmington, the Beaufort Hotel, Flowers Landing at Woodstock Point in Belhaven, Crystal Coast Country Club in Pine Knoll Shores, Summerhouse on Everett Bay near Topsail and a beach house wedding in Kill Devil Hills, plus a conference at Embassy Suites Wilmington Riverfront. For 2027 we are booked at Merrell Estate and Gardens in Indian Beach and on Oak Island.
What is the travel fee for a coast wedding?
It is one flat fee, no per mile math. From 90 to 180 driving miles from Raleigh it is $200, which covers Wilmington, Topsail, Oak Island, Beaufort, Belhaven and the Crystal Coast. Past 180 miles it is $300, which covers gas, a hotel and the long drive. The Outer Banks are in that group.
Can you set up on a deck, in a tent or at a beach house?
Yes. We bring our own all white booth, sound and lighting, plus plenty of cable and our own backup power, so we work with whatever space your venue gives us. Sydney and Andrew had their Outer Banks wedding at a beach house in Kill Devil Hills.
Will our DJ be rushing home after the reception?
No. For weddings past 180 miles, like the Outer Banks, the travel fee covers a hotel, so your DJ is never racing to leave after your last song. For every wedding we get there hours before guests to walk the room, set up and sound check.
Do we have to pick every song?
No. Pick as many or as few as you like in the planning app, plus your must plays and do not plays. We read the room for everything else.
Who will actually be our DJ?
Justin, Eli or Chris, named right in your contract. Justin plans every wedding with you no matter who is behind the booth, and your DJ joins that final planning meeting so they know your night by heart.
